According to current IRS regulations:
Nonprofits with gross receipts of $200,000 or more and total assets of $500,000 or more must file a 990.
Nonprofits with gross revenues of less than $200,000 and less than $500,000 in assets must file a 990-EZ or 990.
Nonprofits with gross receipts of less than $50,000 are eligible to file the e-Postcard or may choose to file a full return. If you file the e-postcard, do not upload it to the application.
If you did not conduct an audit or file a 990 or 990-EZ , copy of your 2024 fiscal year’s Year-End Budget vs. Actuals, signed by the chair or chief volunteer officer of your board of directors.
