Charles County Charitable Trust
The Charles County Charitable Trust was founded in 2016 to serve as a central source of assistance to the community’s nonprofit sector.
Who we are.
We recognize and honor the many important benefits that nonprofit organizations provide the community – and our aim is to help them become even more effective in what they do.
To carry out this mission, we have taken on managing a vital grant-making program and are spearheading a critical study of the economic impact of the county’s nonprofit sector. Other programs are on the drawing board.
The Trust was incorporated as a Maryland not-for-profit organization in June 2016. It is governed by an independent Board of Directors and managed by its Executive Director.
